TTEOKBOKKI SISTERS IN SEOUL - DAY 3

Continuing from my previous entry on our Seoul holiday here...
Day 3 saw us exploring the shopping streets near Ewha Women University!
Shopped so much (Shoes in particular), I wouldn't have survived the day without Liz's help with the shopping bags :P

Full get-up from Hollyhoque
Complete with my trusty loafers from Aldo :D

Liz, also decked in Hollyhoque :P
Carolina Peep Sleeves Top - Black (Sold out) & Daylight Garden Skirt - Mint

First thing we did upon reaching the shopping streets was to look for something to fill out tummies!
Chanced upon this newly opened "Jjim Dak" (Korean simmered & seasoned chicken) restaurant that smelled super good and was packed with people so we walked right in and asked for a table.

We ordered the "Spicy Andong Chicken" that was good for 2-3 people.
It was so yummy, Liz and I polished everything :D

We kept seeing (Nitrogen) Ice-cream shops around as we were shopping so we decided to jump on the bandwagon and gave it a try too :P

I love how the Koreans are so particular about "packaging".

Tadah! The (Liquid) Nitrogen Ice-cream tastes extremely velvety and creamy.
Probably the smoothest I've tasted.
I wonder if we have Nitrogen Ice-cream back home as well?

We hopped on a taxi and headed over to Garuso-Gil for more shopping!
Took a break in between at Deux Creme Tarts.
They have a huge selection of tarts, you'll be spoilt for choice.

& before we realized, it was time to meet Don and his girlfriend for dinner!
Don has been living in Korea for quite a while now and I'll surely visit him whenever I'm there - He always takes us to the best foodie places in Seoul (:

This time, he brought us to 난장캠프 that directly translates to Nan Jang Camp - BBQ-ing in camping style. Camping restaurants like such is increasingly popular in Korea and you can find a lot more of such restaurants in the Hongdae area.

Address: #519-26 Shinsa-Dong, Gangnam-Gu, Seoul
Telephone: 0234436466

Teehee! Happy campers indeed :D

& what is Korean BBQ without some Soju?
It was a great night out even though it was only Liz's first time meeting Don (:
