Chocolate Chip Cookie

My sister baked me some cookies last week & J likes it so much, I got her to drop by our place to teach me how to make! Putting the recipe up here so I can refer to this whenever J wants cookies!

Ingredients

SCS unsalted butter
Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
(My sister says this brand is the best. I couldn't find the chocolate chips she told me to get so I bought the Hershey one instead and the taste was really quite different)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
3/4 cup caster sugar
2 1/4 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1) Mix 3/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup caster sugar, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract & 227g of unsalted butter.

2) Sieve and add 2 1/4 cup of plain flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda, mix well

3) Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
(The oven I have at home isn't the professional kind so I need to bake it for 13 minutes)

4) Leave to cool before packing
